• This is a remote position. • Business Development Representative (Remote, Full-Time) • Location: Remote (U.S.-Based) • Job Type: Full-Time • CloseAbility is a fast-growing real estate platform dedicated to helping agents connect with more clients and close more deals through smart systems and personal support. • We’re building a remote-first team of motivated professionals who want to grow their careers in sales, recruiting, and real estate. • We provide the structure, training, and tools — you bring the energy. • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at CloseAbility, your main goal is to recruit licensed real estate agents to join our platform. • You’ll make outbound calls, follow a simple script, and either book a meeting or directly enroll agents. • We supply the leads, phones, CRM, training, and support — all you need is the drive to succeed. • This is a remote, full-time role with high earning potential and a clear growth path.
• Strong communication and phone skills • Self-motivated and coachable • Comfortable with a high-volume calling environment • No experience required — full training provided • Prior sales, recruiting, or phone experience is a plus • Basic computer skills (CRM use will be taught)
