• Build and execute against a business plan, focused exclusively on new business opportunities with existing customers • Build a strong understanding of the shape, size, and dynamics of our customer base in order to determine areas of focus • Establish strong, collaborative working relationships with Account Management, Operations, Product and Commercial teams to drive optimal outcomes for our customers and for CloudPay • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
• Solid prior experience in Account Development, sales, or equivalent history of increasing customer adoption of new solutions and share of wallet • Experience in the Payroll and/or treasury industry would be ideal • Results orientation with track record of delivery • Excellent customer interaction skills • Ability to effectively manage executives at all levels • Familiarity working with enterprise clients • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Excellent communication skills
