📋 Description

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time, and in line with client and statutory requirements • Provide support and subject matter expertise to Payroll Associates • Review and validate payroll input and output data • Investigate discrepancies and correct payroll errors before final processing • Respond to payroll queries from internal teams and clients via ticketing and email systems • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and contribute to solution development • Act as backup to senior payroll team members during absences to ensure continuity of service

🎯 Requirements

• Sound knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory regulations and reporting • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely payrolls • Ability to prioritize multiple payrolls and manage workload effectively • Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues • Previous experience in a payroll bureau environment is beneficial but not essential
