📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across target sectors (e.g. education, corporate, and payments) • Generate and qualify outbound leads through calls, email outreach, and social selling • Assist in managing the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to deal closure • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position TransferMate’s solutions effectively • Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) • Develop a strong understanding of TransferMate’s products, value proposition, and competitive positioning in the fintech/payments market • Work towards defined KPIs including activity levels, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate (or up to 1–2 years’ experience) in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline • Demonstrated interest in sales, fintech, or commercial roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders • High levels of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset • Commercial curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp technical/payment solutions • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
