📋 Description

• Own the full client journey from onboarding through adoption and value realization • Work closely with the sales partner to align client strategy and milestones • Build activation plans, define success metrics, and develop coaching playbooks • Make client value visible through data, stories, and results • Channel client feedback to Product and flag risks proactively • Coordinate across internal teams to deliver a strong client experience • Lead Executive Business Reviews, demonstrate ROI, surface growth opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders • Help clients integrate coaching into L&D programs, leadership initiatives, and transformation agendas through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one conversations • Share effective practices and support peers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role • Ideally experience in a technology-enabled services or HR tech environment • Track record of meeting retention and growth targets • Executive presence in C-suite and day-to-day program-lead conversations • Data-driven approach to problem-solving • Strong self-organization and comfort with ambiguity • Familiarity with HR, L&D, leadership development, or coaching is advantageous • Proactivity and business acumen • French-speaking capability implied by the role title and predominantly French client footprint
