📋 Description

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to the People Success team • Own communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts with a business-first, product marketing orientation • Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on org changes, policy shifts, leadership transitions, and other high-stakes announcements • Craft clear, human messaging that builds trust • Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including monthly town halls, leadership communications, and team resources • Write and edit CPO communications, town hall scripts, company announcements, and FAQs • Translate People programming into clear value propositions for Coinbase leaders and employees • Build scalable communications infrastructure, including editorial calendars, playbooks, measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms • Coordinate with the broader Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners • Use data, employee insights, and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact, scale work, and continuously improve

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing • Proven experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on complex, high-stakes messaging • Proven track record producing executive-level content that drove measurable engagement or adoption outcomes • Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills • Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness • Ability to push back, influence decisions, and build trust quickly with senior leaders • Ability to manage a broad portfolio of concurrent initiatives across multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining a coordinated, clear communications strategy • Experience building scalable communications processes, systems, and measurement frameworks from scratch • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
