📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth, strategic key account development and regional market expansion across Enovis’ Bracing, Supports & Vascular portfolio in Southern England • Own and grow high-value NHS and private-sector key accounts, with plans for revenue, margin, share of wallet and product penetration • Build stakeholder blueprints across clinical and non-clinical decision makers • Lead strategic commercial conversations and identify opportunities to expand Enovis’ orthopaedic-care footprint • Defend existing business and convert competitor accounts through consultative, evidence-led selling • Develop opportunities across NHS Trusts, ICBs and ICSs, aligned with local priorities, care pathways and procurement structures • Progress product opportunities and business cases in line with portfolio strategy and National Pricing Matrix • Support tender activity, pricing discussions and implementation plans • Grow relationships with independent hospitals, private providers and specialist clinics • Secure new business and expand existing partnerships through targeted account development and tailored value propositions • Manage key orthotic channels and specialist partners, including OA and ligament bracing opportunities • Develop joint business plans supporting portfolio expansion, education and sustainable growth • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, deal stages and disciplined follow-up • Use sales data, market intelligence and account performance to prioritise opportunities • Support regional planning, budgeting, territory reviews, pipeline reviews and business planning • Spend the majority of time in the field engaging customers and converting opportunities • Deliver education, workshops, in-service training and business meetings, including out-of-hours activity where needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences or a related field • Typically 3–5+ years’ successful sales experience in medical devices, orthopaedics or a related healthcare setting • Proven track record in both key account development and new business acquisition, with strong commercial results • Good understanding of the NHS, ICS/ICB structures and private healthcare environment, or ability to learn quickly • Strong territory management, business planning, CRM discipline and sales reporting capability • Confident communicator with excellent influencing, presentation and relationship-building skills • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to travel extensively across Southern England • Commercially minded, resilient and proactive • Ability to balance strategic account growth with wider territory development • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams • Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and follow-through • Ethical, credible and committed to improving patient outcomes through better healthcare solutions
