📋 Description

• Perform deep architecture and security reviews of cloud and on-premises applications • Review new and existing applications against security requirements and organizational security baselines • Define and ensure security requirements are implemented across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and on-premises infrastructure • Periodically review and update security baselines based on evolving threats, industry standards, and organizational needs • Support architecture teams with threat modeling and risk assessment • Implement security controls and mitigations for identified issues • Steer implementation of key applications according to secure-by-design principles • Establish security principles, policies, and governance processes • Design and implement the secure development lifecycle framework and related processes with Governance, Risk and Compliance teams • Embed security throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, threat modeling, design reviews, secure delivery, monitoring, and post-release testing • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities using static and dynamic code analysis and security scanning • Investigate security reports from InfoSec and trusted partners • Work with the incident response team on application security issues and incidents • Define the scope and oversee application penetration testing • Determine tradeoffs between security and business requirements • Lead strategic security initiatives that improve security across Colliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–8+ years of experience in cloud applications, cybersecurity, or related domains • Strong experience performing threat modelling and security reviews • Hands-on experience with whitebox, greybox, and blackbox assessments or oversight of application penetration tests focusing on OWASP • Strong documentation skills • Experience working with various IT teams and non-IT teams across disciplines • Ability to assimilate complex technical challenges and provide appropriate security advice supporting business outcomes • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent preferred • Expert knowledge of zero trust, identity, threat detection, threat modelling, and security practices • Self-motivated and experienced in solving complex problems • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly in complex deployments • Ability to work in English
