📋 Description

• Source and engage Staff and Principal Software Engineers across South America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and beyond). • Build and execute regional sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem, and other technical platforms. • Conduct market research and talent mapping to uncover where top technical leaders are and how to reach them. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing priorities and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines. • Represent CommandLink’s brand through authentic outreach and engagement in South American engineering communities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, with a strong focus on Staff or Principal-level engineers. • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Proven success as a top-performing sourcer — consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline, outreach, and conversion goals. • Deep understanding of sourcing metrics, funnel management, and performance reporting (e.g., response rates, submittal ratios, time-to-engage). • Experience using data and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and demonstrate measurable impact. • Expertise in South American markets (LATAM) and advanced proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Gem, Boolean search, etc.). • Highly analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.
