• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of advisor partners across BC • Understand advisor business models and help them grow their group retirement business • Deliver clear, compelling pitches and materials advisors can use with their employer clients • Provide ongoing support and coaching to help advisors generate and advance opportunities • Join advisor-led meetings to demo the platform and advance deals • Support proposals, paperwork, and contracting to move opportunities efficiently • Handle objections and clearly articulate Common Wealth’s value • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong employer experience
