📋 Description

• Help shape a newly established Treasury function as part of the Corporate Treasury team • Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank account management across international entities • Improve cash forecasting and implement cash management initiatives aligned with business liquidity needs • Manage pooling structures, monthly settlements, and cash repatriation while complying with tax, statutory, and banking requirements • Manage currency exposure and transactions across jurisdictions, ensuring effective foreign exchange management and regulatory compliance • Evaluate financial exposures that could cause balance-sheet volatility • Manage intercompany loans and exposures in compliance with transfer pricing policies • Drive automation and optimization of treasury processes and systems, including TMS platforms and dashboards • Monitor investment compliance and alignment with Treasury investment policy and strategy • Support compliance requests, create bank accounts, and manage documentation requests • Manage relationships with global banking partners • Collaborate with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting teams on liquidity needs, intercompany loans, settlements, and Treasury projects • Contribute to the design and development of departmental processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a global corporate treasury function • Strong knowledge of cash management, cash flow forecasting, bank account management, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions • Strong understanding of complex liquidity structures, including cash pooling • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) platforms, banking systems, and Clearwater Analytics • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and analysis • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are listed • 5 to 8+ years of relevant treasury professional experience within a high-growth technology environment • Publicly traded company experience, SOX compliance knowledge, and regulatory requirements knowledge highly preferred • Understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models is an advantage • Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies, treasury management systems, and automation tools is an advantage • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Superior attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships • Must live and work in the United Kingdom
