📋 Description

• Develop and implement demand-generation and brand-awareness campaigns to attract new qualified leads and improve brand visibility for B2B or B2C brands. • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns by managing the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams and channels like emails, social, paid ads, and website copy. • Utilize our reporting tools (including CRM data) to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. • Support internal services team members on SEO initiatives to make search a reliable and consistent demand channel. • Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact marketing performance, using a combination of strategic foresight and tactical execution. • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, upholding brand integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or demand-focused roles • Comfortable with reporting and a bias for data-driven approach • Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize opportunities for growth • Experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
