It delivers state-aligned curriculum and virtual classroom experiences with certified teachers, personalized learning, and support for families serving as learning coaches. The program offers grade-level courses, college and career readiness, clubs and socialization opportunities, and technology support across multiple U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Deliver small-group and one-on-one virtual math intervention sessions • Provide interventions focused on number sense, operations, fractions, ratios, problem-solving, and other essential math skills • Use diagnostic assessments and data to identify student learning needs • Develop individualized goals and conduct ongoing progress monitoring • Collect and analyze student performance data to track growth and adjust instruction • Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions, goals, and outcomes • Incorporate digital tools and resources to engage students and reinforce skills • Partner with classroom teachers, special education staff, and administrators to align intervention strategies with core instruction • Participate in data meetings and GLTs to analyze student performance and determine next steps • Communicate with families about student progress and provide resources for continued support at home • Share progress updates with administrators • Contribute to schoolwide math achievement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work from a home office • Must be able to use a personal electronic device • Must have an email address for two-step authentication • Experience or ability to deliver targeted, research-based math interventions • Knowledge of foundational math skills and grade-level concepts, including number sense, operations, fractions, ratios, and problem-solving • Ability to use diagnostic assessments such as Renaissance Star Math and curriculum-based measures • Ability to develop individualized goals and monitor student progress • Ability to collect and analyze student performance data • Ability to use digital tools and resources such as IXL, online manipulatives, and interactive whiteboards • Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
