📋 Description

• Central technical point of contact for demanding customers in high-tech, future-oriented industries. • Evaluate new and complex customer enquiries for technical feasibility and economic viability. • Provide technical support from the design and concept phase through to series production. • Develop manufacturing strategies that are optimal technically and economically, including make-or-buy decisions. • Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development. • Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies. • Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education in mechanical engineering, e.g. HTL, University of Applied Sciences (FH) or Technical University (TU). • Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or special machine/plant engineering. • Practical experience in design, manufacturing or joining technology with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical manufacturability. • Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. • Strong CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems. • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working approach with pronounced logical thinking. • High personal accountability, hands-on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface. • German and English at business-fluent (negotiation) level.
