• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, responding promptly and professionally through written communication channels such as email, text, and CRM. • Build trust and relationships with students and parents through thoughtful, empathetic, and informative interactions. • Follow up with students or parents who have shown interest in trial lessons to help them complete their enrolment. • Conduct basic needs analysis to understand each student’s goals and recommend suitable programs. • Apply consultative communication and objection-handling techniques to drive enrolments. • Communicate the benefits of Contour’s programs clearly and persuasively. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student handoffs and a seamless onboarding experience. • Maintain accurate lead tracking in Missive, Podium, or CRM systems. • Meet or exceed monthly enrolment and conversion targets. • Suggest improvements in communication and follow-up processes to strengthen conversion and engagement.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2C or high-volume premium B2B sales roles. • Experience with email and text-based sales communication. • Familiarity with short sales cycles and high daily lead volumes. • Strong written English, grammar, and comprehension skills. • Awareness of differences between American and Australian spelling and tone. • Experience communicating with Asian markets. • Proven ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, including needs analysis and objection handling.
