📋 Description

• Design and develop new products, components, and materials, or improve existing ones, in accordance with customer requests, regulatory requirements, and Design Control SOPs • Perform changes to existing products, components, and materials following the change control process • Make decisions for design verification and validation plans and prepare documentation • Review injection molding component drawings and reevaluate critical dimensions • Decide tolerances based on Tolerance Stack Up analysis • Update 3D models • Review and approve injection molding validation documentation • Perform technical assessments and provide technical support for design-related decisions • Create, update, review, and approve design control and risk management documents • Participate in projects introducing new products or changes to current products • Participate in CAPA and NC investigations and provide technical assessment for design-related issues and improvements • Own root-cause investigations for product design issues and implement corrective or preventive actions according to QMS principles • Collaborate with cross-functional team members • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, EHS requirements, and QMS principles • Deliver work and task outputs at the required level and on time • Continuously develop skills and experience needed for job execution • Review, approve, or reject documents where R&D involvement is needed • Make decisions regarding product design development and product design changes • Recommend appropriate actions for product design-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Technical work-base experience • Logical thinking • Good communication skills • Good Time management • Team work experience • 3D CAD – Parts and Assemblies and simulation - experience • 2D Documentation – experienced • Injection molding process knowledge • Tolerance stack-up analysis – experienced • Plastic materials and polymers, their properties and usage for manufacturing - experienced • Design for injection molding and assembling process – experienced • Statistical techniques – experienced • Project management • University, technical degree or Science degree (physic or chemistry) preferred • Design Control in accordance with EU ISO 13485 & US 21CFR820 Quality Systems for Medical Devices preferred • Educated in CvT internal design control, change control, risk management and another applicable SOP’s and WI’s • Speaking and writing/reading English
