📋 Description

• To visit all customers in the commercial area executing the Sales strategy in Portugal for achieving global and customized target in the area in every single call. These accounts will be independents, chains and Buying groups. • Planification aligned with Iberia coverage Plan based on segmentation and priorities for the market • Executing in calls the JPB agreed between KAM & HQ´s. • To negotiate new agreements (list prices, new creditlens, house brands, training programs). • To offer marketing campaigns design by marketing dep previosly • To complete all reporting and backoffice duties as laid down at any time including the upkeep of a complete set of customer records for the designated area; • Any other related duties connected with the Company’s business.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of previous selling experience required. • Enviable track record of achievement gained from organizations that demonstrate and require strong interpersonal skills in order to influence • Awareness and ability to make an impact with prospective customers; • Ability to manage a large designated sales area; • Highly pro-active and able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to pre-determined objectives; • High level of attitude & resilience & learning capacity • Emotional intelligence, communication skills and open mind is highly valorated. • Steady under pressure; • Excellent inter-personal skills; • Experience in Optical or Pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial; • English language would be beneficial.
