• Telephone and digital acquisition of potential B2B new customers (primarily warm leads) • Conducting initial meetings with our premium clients and managing them through to successful project engagement • Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers • Preparing and following up on proposals • Establishing and maintaining business contacts via LinkedIn • Planning and preparing for sales meetings, including follow-up work • Documenting all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or comparable tools)
• Ideally completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or a related field • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services, insurance, or agency sector • Confident use of common CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) • Target-driven with a strong customer focus • Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, and a structured working style • High level of personal responsibility and absolute reliability • Ambition to grow continuously both personally and professionally • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and adapt to new challenges
