📋 Description

• Act as an escalation point for unresolved compensation queries submitted to the MyHR Helpdesk • Support annual salary review, early careers salary review, promotion, and exceptional increases processes • Configure systems in Oracle HCM, validate data, produce reports, resolve queries, and brief line managers • Administer the Senior Management Bonus Scheme, including invitation letters, participation records, Finance reporting, payout letters, and payroll calculations • Evaluate job descriptions using the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology • Provide salary benchmarking data and maintain the job architecture • Complete Willis Towers Watson and other salary survey submissions • Calculate gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap data for legislative reporting • Participate in total reward presentations for colleagues • Participate in projects to continuously improve the total reward offering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a Reward, HR or Finance role • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including LOOKUPs, nested IF statements, PIVOT tables, and data visualisation using graphs and charts • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills • High data accuracy • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Keen focus on continuous improvement • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels and quickly build networks • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills • Ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines • Experience using HR systems
