• Proven track record in B2B technical sales leadership • Preferably experience in flexible packaging, extrusion, printing or converting technologies • Strong record of delivering growth and profitability across complex, multi-market environments (e.g., beverages, industrial, consumer goods) • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution • Leadership presence with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams • Strong commercial and technical acumen, able to align market needs with production capabilities • Fluent in English and German
