📋 Description

• Drive growth, profitability and value creation across the DACH region • Define and implement the regional sales strategy • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team • Build strong partnerships with customers, production sites and internal stakeholders • Deliver revenue and profit plans aligned with overall strategy and sustainability targets • Set budgets and forecasts and proactively manage variances • Identify new business opportunities, products and market segments • Lead engagement with customers, retailers and machine suppliers • Translate market insights into new solutions and commercial opportunities • Lead major tenders and negotiations across the region • Ensure customer and plant-level profitability • Strengthen market intelligence and competitive positioning • Foster a performance-oriented culture with clear targets and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales leadership • Preferably experience in flexible packaging, extrusion, printing or converting technologies • Strong record of delivering growth and profitability across complex, multi-market environments (e.g., beverages, industrial, consumer goods) • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution • Leadership presence with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams • Strong commercial and technical acumen, able to align market needs with production capabilities • Fluent in English and German
