📋 Description

• Preparing proposals & managing the proposal process • Ensuring completeness: scope of services, assumptions, pricing, start date, required documents, next steps • Maintaining a proposal pipeline (status, deadlines, follow-ups/reminders, next actions) • Prospecting calls & follow-up • Onboarding support • Quality assurance: checklists, completeness checks, follow-up logic

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in a tax firm or a tax-related environment • Proven strength in managing proposal processes and follow-up (you don’t let anything fall through the cracks) • Excellent telephone communication: friendly, clear, confident, and reliable • Understanding of firm workflows (services, billing, deadlines, confidentiality) • Highly structured: follow-up reminders, documentation, prioritization, ownership
