📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution for key areas of Crescendo's customer experience platform, aligning product plans with measurable quality and business outcomes. • Use modern AI tools to prototype agent workflows, refine prompt structures, and establish robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and telemetry for production quality. • Design the balance between automation and human oversight, including escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety controls. • Spend dedicated time with enterprise clients to understand constraints, translate user feedback into actionable requirements, and drive feature adoption. • Partner across Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to align technical architecture, streamline product launches, and navigate cross-team dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products. • Hands-on experience building with AI, including direct exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, or tool integration. • Startup Agility & Ownership: Proven ability to manage your own work autonomously, navigate organizational ambiguity, and lead zero-to-one product initiatives in fast-paced environments. • Technical Acumen: Comfortable diving into technical details with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval, tool usage, and evaluation systems. • Builder Mindset: Direct experience using AI coding, prototyping, and modern developer tools to build working proofs of concept and validate product ideas quickly. • Customer-Centric Instincts: Strong track record of converting complex enterprise customer problems into clear, scalable product requirements and intuitive workflows.
