📋 Description

‱ As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with clients. ‱ Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their businesses, challenges, and goals. ‱ Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities. ‱ Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. ‱ Employ strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and close deals. ‱ Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders. ‱ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

‱ At least 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment. ‱ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ‱ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. ‱ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ‱ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. ‱ Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly. ‱ Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ‱ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
