⢠As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the client's sales efforts by prospecting and generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and closing deals. ⢠You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting the client's services, and providing exceptional customer service. ⢠We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. ⢠You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. ⢠This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced and innovative company. ⢠Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels ⢠Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers ⢠Presenting and demonstrating the value of the client's services to prospects ⢠Building and maintaining relationships with customers ⢠Negotiating and closing deals ⢠Meeting and exceeding sales targets ⢠Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
⢠Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role ⢠Solid experience in doing inbound and outbound calls ⢠Track record of achieving sales targets ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers ⢠Strong negotiation and closing skills ⢠Self-motivated and target-driven ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⢠Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus ⢠Minimum internet speed of 15mbps for main internet connection and 10mbps for backup ⢠Desktop or laptop with at least an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM (i3 processor for backup) ⢠Webcam ⢠Noise-canceling USB headset ⢠Quiet, dedicated home office ⢠Smartphone
