📋 Description

• As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the client's sales efforts by prospecting and generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and closing deals. • You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting the client's services, and providing exceptional customer service. • We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. • You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. • This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced and innovative company. • Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels • Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers • Presenting and demonstrating the value of the client's services to prospects • Building and maintaining relationships with customers • Negotiating and closing deals • Meeting and exceeding sales targets • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role • Solid experience in doing inbound and outbound calls • Track record of achieving sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus • Minimum internet speed of 15mbps for main internet connection and 10mbps for backup • Desktop or laptop with at least an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM (i3 processor for backup) • Webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office • Smartphone
