• Build a highly skilled, self-sufficient technical community within the LATAM partner ecosystem • Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared success • Serve as the primary technical authority for a dedicated portfolio of partners • Actively champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring partner SEs through live sales cycles • Transform partners' technical capabilities from subjective to factual • Be the key evangelist for Cribl's value pillars and use cases • Improve customers' experience by ensuring expert-level support from the partner network • Champion and execute a world-class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or technical Support • Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams • Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms) • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • A proactive, programmatic mindset • Experience working with the channel partner ecosystem (VARs, SIs, MSSPs) in Latin America • Ability to travel up to 40% within the LATAM region • Professional fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is strongly preferred
