📋 Description
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process and align solutions to their business problems • Own customer technical engagement and relationships • Deliver technical validation through whiteboards, demos, and proofs of value • Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation • Travel up to 30% • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to work across multiple time zones
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security • Strong background in pre-sales and solution engineering • Strong customer relationship-building skills • Experience across multiple industries • Familiarity with sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Command of the Message • Must live in the UK; the role requires residency in the UK • Fluent English required, both written and spoken • Experience working remotely
