📋 Description

• Manage the project lifecycle from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules • Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, gather project information, and provide updates • Lead and manage technical resources, including engineers and consultants • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop contingency plans • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes • Collaborate with sales, product, support, technical, and customer stakeholders • Ensure delivery follows industry best practices and provides high-quality client services • Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain • Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including their architecture, functionality, and implementation • Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Experience with SIEM solutions, such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm • Certification in project management, such as PMP • Experience with cloud-based SIEM solutions
