📋 Description

• Manage delivery milestones and governance for assigned Supply Chain Transformation projects • Create and maintain detailed project plans, align agreed timelines, and track progress against baselines • Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, governance documents, Charters, Contracts, LPs, and status reports • Facilitate governance routines and reporting, including stage gate submissions and programme dashboard updates • Support benefit tracking and project closure activities • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating blockers in collaboration with Project Leads and Sponsors • Drive compliance with stage gate processes and support teams with governance requirements and tools • Coordinate cross-functional activities and align stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities • Provide structure and discipline to project delivery while respecting Project Leads’ ownership of scope, benefits, and direction • Flex across multiple programmes and support emerging strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain Transformation agenda
