📋 Description

• Manage international quantitative and qualitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle • Manage clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples • Set up and test survey links and redirects • Prepare and send sample • Conduct quality and audit checks • Manage respondent inquiries and honoraria • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings • Communicate project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Manage vendor relationships and facilitate timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution • Monitor productivity and data-collection quality • Produce regular project-status updates and progress reports • Monitor and account for project costs and study profitability • Partner with sales and operations teams to address issues and recommend performance improvements • Work independently with international teams outside normal US business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • At least 5+ years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field • Experience in international online market research, healthcare, sampling, survey recruitment, and collaboration with project teams • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit • Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Ability to learn new technologies/software quickly • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work US EST hours • Resume must be submitted in English
