📋 Description

• Report to the Chief People Officer • Support the People & Culture Leadership team across centres of excellence • Own delivery of the P&C Roadmap • Lead weekly reviews and facilitate status updates • Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement • Manage planning and budget processes across teams • Report to stakeholders inside and beyond People & Culture • Keep global initiatives on course • Challenge P&C leadership and act as a sounding board • Maintain accountability through the RACI model • Identify issues and blockers proactively • Generate solutions to unblock initiatives • Help drive efficiency gains and opportunities with AI

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex people projects on time and within scope in a similar tech scale-up environment • Formal Project Management qualification, such as Prince2 • Familiarity with Asana, Miro, and Slack • Comfortable using AI tools such as Gemini and Claude • Experience managing budgets • Structured, detail-oriented approach to delivery • Ability to context-switch quickly and independently juggle multiple timelines • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across all stakeholder levels
