📋 Description

• Drive the development of core systems for Cryptio's SaaS accounting platform, ensuring robust and scalable customer workflows • Architect, optimise, and maintain data-heavy solutions for financial reporting, reconciliation, and ledger automation • Collaborate with staff engineers, product, and other teams to deliver features aligned with customer and business needs • Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve performance issues at scale • Mentor and support the growth of engineers across the squad • Contribute to codebase reliability by documenting best practices and enabling knowledge sharing across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software • Comfortable working with Rust and eager to deepen expertise • Hands-on experience or strong interest in TypeScript and frameworks like Nest.js, Zod, Slonik • Experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, ClickHouse or willingness to learn • Experience or interest in high-performance systems and large datasets • Familiarity with Kubernetes on AWS, Docker, GitLab, Pulumi • Curious about crypto and accounting, or relevant domain experience • Communicates clearly in English and values collaboration • Interested in mentoring and knowledge sharing • Analytical problem-solving and passion for building future finance infrastructure in crypto
