📋 Description

• Lead the development of core systems for Cryptio's SaaS accounting platform, ensuring robust and scalable customer workflows • Architect, optimise, and maintain data-heavy solutions for financial reporting, reconciliation, and ledger automation • Collaborate with staff engineers, product, and other teams to deliver features aligned with customer and business needs • Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve performance issues at scale • Mentor and support the growth of engineers across the squad • Contribute to codebase reliability by documenting best practices and enabling knowledge sharing across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software, ideally with team or technical leadership • Comfortable working with Rust and eager to deepen expertise • Hands-on experience or strong interest in TypeScript and frameworks like Nest.js, Zod, or Slonik • Curious about crypto and accounting, or relevant domain experience • Experience or interest in high-performance systems and working with large datasets • Experience with OLAP databases such as ClickHouse, and with PostgreSQL (Cassandra experience is a plus) • Familiarity with Kubernetes on AWS, Docker, GitLab, and Pulumi • Communicates clearly in English and values collaborative work • Interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing
