📋 Description

• Lead product commissioning of e-STORAGE products across UK LTSA sites, including SolBank, string inverters, MVSkids and associated MV plant • Set first power-on initialization parameters and perform product-level testing and return-to-service • Own product commissioning standards, procedures, test records and documentation packs across UK projects • Provide product-level technical support and sign-off to the site commissioning team during energisation, SAT and witness testing • Carry out MV/HV isolations, earthing, safety-document duties and operational switching under the applicable safe system of work • Support planned preventative and corrective maintenance activities involving MV/HV plant • Lead HV/MV preventative maintenance across CSE, SMA and Power Electronics equipment • Lead corrective maintenance, fault investigation, root-cause analysis, rectification and return to service • Provide safety leadership and supervise third-party HV contractors • Assess and develop service-team competency through toolbox talks, training and authorisation recommendations • Feed field learnings into standards, RAMS/SOPs and OEM escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Trained and competent for MV/HV activities to 33kV • Capable of appointment under company or client operational rules as contracts require • Time-served electrical background • Utility-scale BESS or solar commissioning experience • Working knowledge of MV switchgear, transformers and protection systems • Familiarity with G99 requirements sufficient to support site commissioning compliance testing • Full UK driving licence • Willingness and ability to undertake regional and occasional national travel
