📋 Description

• Identification, evaluation and development of new European markets for CSP’s QMS, shopfloor and AI solutions. • Development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for prioritized industries and countries. • Building an early pipeline through research, outbound, events, partners and targeted campaigns. • Engagement with C-level stakeholders in Quality, Production, Engineering and IT to identify strategic transformation initiatives. • Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with system integrators, consultancies and relevant ecosystem partners. • Close collaboration with Marketing on targeted campaigns and with Sales on qualification and handover. • Structured market and competitive analyses for product and management teams. • Representation of CSP at trade shows, industry events and partner events. • Tracking and reporting activities using clear pipeline and performance KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, GTM or consulting • Experience opening new markets or launching new solutions in Europe • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate technical content clearly • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and excellent communication abilities • High self-motivation, structured work approach and enjoyment of dynamic environments • Experience with CRM systems and modern SaaS go-to-market models • Very good command of English; additional European languages are a plus • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
