• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the BPO industry • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement • Provide regular reporting and updates to the leadership team on sales pipeline and progress towards revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the BPO industry • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members • Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and trends • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies • Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
