• Curotec is on a mission to scale 10x over the next 5 years. As the RevOps and Marketing lead, you'll take full ownership of our top-of-funnel revenue generation strategy. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for orchestrating the interplay between marketing and sales, standing up campaigns, managing KPIs, and ensuring quality leads are generated at scale. This is a high-velocity role suited for a high-agency individual. You’re an individual that moves fast and learns fast. You’ll report directly to the CEO and be given autonomy to drive results. You’ll help build the systems and processes we’ll use to scale beyond where we are today. You are a growth hacker. Your top level objective is to generate quality MQLs for our sales team, and organize the efforts of our sales team for generating SQLs. Key Responsibilities​ Lead Curotec’s GTM Approach: Own the strategy and execution for new outbound and inbound initiatives that fuel pipeline growth. Marketing Execution: Launch, test, and optimize multichannel campaigns across email, social, search, and paid media. Own website (curotec.com) content, performance, conversion rate optimization, and build-out strategy. Manage SEO and PPC vendor teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable ROI. Sales Enablement: Assign prospect lists and campaign workflows for sales reps. Maintain and evolve the sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Orum, Dripify, Apollo, etc.). Design, deploy, and optimize outbound playbooks in coordination with sales leadership. KPI Ownership: Track and report on MQL, SQL, CAC, conversion funnel, and channel ROI. Present KPIs and insights to the leadership team weekly and monthly.

• Bias Toward Execution: You thrive on moving quickly, getting your hands dirty, and producing measurable outcomes. • Hands-On Operator: You’ve run and managed outbound and inbound programs personally — you’ve not just written the playbook, you’ve been on the field executing it. • Data-Driven Growth Mindset: You believe every decision should be based on data, and you know how to use analytics to learn and iterate quickly without paralysis by analysis. • Tech and Digital Fluency: Experience in or around digital services, SaaS, or IT consulting. You know how to speak the language of our buyers and our industry. • Builder: You’ve built programs, teams, or systems from scratch in a high-growth, early-stage environment. • Fast Learner: Able to pick up new technologies, market signals, and buyer personas quickly. • Nice to Have Familiarity with our ICPs: venture-backed SaaS, enterprise IT orgs, consulting firms, tech enabled companies. • Experience working in or marketing for B2B services organizations, especially those selling staff augmentation, IT project delivery, or software development services. • Prior experience as a solo marketer or GTM lead at a scaling B2B tech or services company.
