📋 Description

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing teams to understand challenges and build practical workflow solutions • Lead current-state, future-state, gap, requirements, and business process analysis for integration initiatives • Work directly with data for analysis, validation, mapping, migration, and issue resolution • Support enterprise digital strategy initiatives and adoption of improved tools and processes • Review business processes and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve operations • Track trends in data analytics, data strategy, automation, and cloud-based data operations • Demonstrate how connected data supports business goals, solves pain points, and strengthens decision-making • Develop knowledge of data-related products and connect technical capabilities to business value • Identify data and integration opportunities that improve business strategies and operational outcomes • Build relationships with decision makers, business users, and technology stakeholders • Support business case development by defining opportunities, value, approach, and delivery considerations • Drive delivery from discovery and planning through execution and adoption • Coordinate working sessions, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and vendor discussions • Gather, document, validate, and refine business and technical requirements • Coordinate technical solution delivery, resolve blockers, and support implementation • Lead selected initiatives and support practical problem solving • Define and support test case execution • Partner with project delivery teams to achieve adopted and sustained outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience with business or technology analysis platforms • Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, MS Dataverse, MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Apps Script, Triana, or equivalent platforms • Experience with data migration, API management, cloud integration technologies, and CMMS systems • 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate or equivalent technology-function experience supporting complex business operations • Ability to connect business operations, technology needs, and delivery execution • Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into technical activities, requirements, and action plans • Strong influencing and negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Fluency in English required • Ability to work outside core business hours when required • East Coast schedule preferred • Additional languages beneficial
