📋 Description

• Support the development and optimization of Adherence Solutions product suite • Create and manage reports related to product operations, outcomes, and finances • Complete analyses and use data to inform decisions on key product features • Assist with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure products operate effectively • Monitor program performance rigorously and resolve issues proactively • Take ownership of key product roadmap items by defining strategies or features

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • High level of independent judgment and initiative required • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated team player, able to develop cross-functional relationships
