📋 Description

• Support the Medicaid Value-Added Benefits Team with benefit design, build, and management within the Salesforce-Based Health Innovation Platform • Lead and manage planning, coordination, development, reporting, and implementation of new and existing Value-Added Benefits • Liaise between IT and the business segment to document business requirements • Ensure scope of work meets business objectives and deliverables and due dates are met • Manage intake, review, and execution of product improvement and development initiatives • Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with DDAT • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Translate customer, colleague, and business needs into feature initiatives tracking enterprise ROI • Develop, track, and manage financial and performance indicators • Build and maintain the product portfolio catalog, performance data, dashboards, and reports • Lead data analysts delivering automated vendor information exchange solutions • Track and trend issue management involving the HIP platform and vendors • Direct development and implementation of new product initiatives and enhancements • Oversee vendor relationship management, performance and risk issues, contract management, and vendor activities • Lead vendor performance reviews and ensure action plans are created and implemented

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of healthcare or health insurance industry experience • 2 years or more of Product Development, Product Management or Operations experience • Experience leading change management • Experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives • Vendor management experience • Experience with execution and delivery, including planning, deploying, and supporting • Demonstrated understanding of technology and applying it to solve business problems and provide technical solutions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
