📋 Description

• Take ownership of the reward, benefits and wellbeing proposition • Lead the development and governance of reward frameworks • Provide market insight and data-driven recommendations • Ensure the reward offering supports colleague experience and business performance • Provide expert reward advice and guidance to leaders and stakeholders • Deliver salary benchmarking, reward analytics and market insight • Own reward reporting and workforce analytics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities • Lead Gender Pay Gap reporting, pay equity reviews and reward-related DE&I analysis • Manage and enhance benefits, pension and wellbeing programmes • Build relationships with benefit providers, brokers, consultants and advisors • Deliver reward and benefits transformation initiatives • Develop business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders • Work closely with senior stakeholders, People Business Partners and external providers

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within a Reward & Benefits role • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability • Strong experience in reward management, salary benchmarking and market analysis • Experience managing employee benefits programmes and supplier relationships • Expertise in reward reporting, workforce analytics and management information • Experience leading Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity analysis • Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities • Experience delivering reward or benefits improvement projects • Experience within a legal, professional services or partnership environment (preferred) • Knowledge of Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting and wider DE&I analytics (preferred) • Experience delivering reward or benefits transformation programmes (preferred) • CIPD qualification or specialist Reward qualification (preferred)
