• Sell complex Daikin Solutions at the C-level while reaching optimal profit levels. • Focus on demonstrating value at the executive level by providing solutions to business and financial challenges. • Oversee consultative sales to project management turnovers and partner with project management on subcontracting, billing, startups, etc. • Understand financial impacts on customer’s P&L, utilities and rebates. • Manage and coordinate activities of Project Team to successfully perform all aspects of project administration. • Interact with customers to ensure their goals and objectives are being met. • Plan, implement and continuously improve sales practices, project development, subcontractor selections, and project management best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • 12+ years’ experience; 8+ years in people leadership, project management and/or sales in commercial HVAC projects. • Experience leading complex, multi-project initiatives for commercial HVAC. • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and communicating effectively at the C-level.
