📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end Digital and Computational Pathology implementation projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards • Act as the central coordination point between customers and internal teams • Translate complex implementation requirements into clear project plans • Build and maintain detailed project plans for multiple parallel customer implementations • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies • Provide reporting and escalation to project sponsors on status, risks, mitigation actions, and key decisions • Apply standardized project management best practices and Danaher Business System principles • Establish priorities and countermeasures with team members and functional managers • Drive timely project completion, project signoff, successful delivery, revenue recognition, and scalable deployment performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated technical environment, managing complex customer-facing implementations • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms • Track record of delivering multiple projects in parallel, on time, within scope, and within budget • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to interact with pathologists, laboratory managers, IT teams, and internal cross-functional partners • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and initiative • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment with minimal supervision • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Second language in addition to English is a plus
