📋 Description

• Clearly communicate complex and technical product information, including technical IT and networking information, to customer stakeholders • Serve as a technical expert for digital pathology hardware, scanners, and related software products • Maintain current knowledge of competitors and the market through competitive marketing information, literature, and field surveillance • Achieve annual product sales goals for the assigned territory in coordination with the local team • Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC • Deliver sales and support assistance to achieve customer satisfaction • Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer training with manager or mentor support • Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies • Develop expertise in products, DBS, and LBS tools such as Power BI, Showpad, and Territory Business Reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience in clinical diagnostics or equivalent experience • Bachelor's degree required • Proven time management skills • Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software • Ability to travel 50% or more in the territory with frequent air travel • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 15 lbs. • Ability to perform required physical activities, including walking, sitting, standing, reaching, balancing, stooping, bending, talking, and hearing • Required close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, plus ability to adjust focus • Excellent customer relations/service skills • Goal-oriented and results-driven • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
