• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in Chemistry and Immunoassay • Develop and execute creative strategies to influence decision criteria • Strategically use internal and external resources • Implement the sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals • Handle a long-term sales cycle with many different stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a science field • 2-3 years’ capital sales experience in hospital or laboratory setting or 5+ years direct experience as a Medical Technologist • Must be willing to travel 50% - 75% • Working knowledge of laboratory workflow • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills • Strong communication and presentation skills
