• Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos. • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities. • Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings. • Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals. • Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked. • Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience • 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role (preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach • Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
