• Technical point of contact in sales for ORBIS interface solutions (especially HL7, IHE/FHIR) • Support for tenders and new customer acquisition (technical input, clarification of requirements) • Support of existing customers together with the sales representatives • Development of interface and integration concepts (clear from a technical and functional perspective) • Independent planning, execution and follow-up of product presentations • Identification and preparation of KPIs and performance parameters for proposal preparation • Training/enablement of sales representatives on interfaces, value propositions and requirements • Participation in trade fairs and professional conferences • Close collaboration with product management, service and partner organizations
• Several years of professional experience in the hospital environment, preferably in hospital IT • Demonstrable understanding of clinical hospital processes (e.g., admission, diagnostics, treatment, discharge) • Completed training or degree in computer science (or equivalent) • Practical experience with HL7 interfaces (e.g., ADT/ORM/ORU or similar) • Knowledge of IHE and/or FHIR • Sales experience or experience in customer-facing consultancy/presales • English skills (at least technical communication) • Willingness to travel within the DACH region, approx. 10%
