• Manage and grow your customer base within the sales territory through individual consultation and targeted agreements • Ensure optimal shelf placement, create eye-catching promotions and present the brand professionally in-store • Train store staff and represent the company at trade shows and events • Plan routes and report via iPad & online tools – digital, efficient and transparent • Analyze competitors and market trends – you spot opportunities before others do
• Experience in field sales, sales or retail • Strong communication skills, persuasive and service-oriented • Independent, well organized and goal-driven • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Driving license class B and confident use of iPhone & iPad • You live in one of our sales areas or are open to relocating to the region
