• Publish a committed 6–9 month EMEA events plan and tiering model within the first 30 days • Launch a recurring London technical community program for developers, builders, and customers • Establish repeatable joint programs with cloud, technology, or channel partners • Track shared partner goals and pipeline from day one • Build an event-to-sales system covering target-account lists, pre-event meeting booking, and rapid follow-up • Create an event-in-a-box kit with signage, swag, talk tracks, and lead capture materials • Enable local sales and partner teams to run key events without hands-on marketing support • Replace ad hoc requests with an intake-and-approval process • Reserve budget and capacity for late-breaking partner opportunities • Work with EMEA sales and partner leads as part of the global Marketing team • Report to the Senior Director, Events & Field Marketing
• Builds technical communities with hands-on content, credible speakers, real builders, and no sales pitches • Designs partner marketing motions with cloud, technology, or channel partners, with shared goals and measurable pipeline • Connects events to sales through target-account alignment, pre-event meeting booking, and follow-up • Operates AI-native and designs Human+AI workflows for event planning, follow-up, and reporting • Builds repeatable systems such as event kits and intake processes • Ranks opportunities using clear criteria and aligns sales, partner, and marketing stakeholders • Executes events with sound logistics and vendor management • Handles lead capture in line with GDPR • Works self-directed as the first marketer in the region across time zones with a US-based team • Travels across the region regularly (roughly 40–50%) • Typically ~5–8 years in event or field marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required) • Background in B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or AI/infrastructure marketing (preferred) • Experience running co-marketing programs with technical partners (preferred) • Professional proficiency in an additional European language, such as French or German (preferred)
