📋 Description

• Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer • Lead technical discovery and solutioning for prospects and customers • Own end-to-end technical implementation of Deepgram’s voice AI platform from scoping and architecture through go-live and optimization • Adapt and configure the platform for menu structures, ordering flows, POS integrations, edge cases, and operational requirements • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live deployments • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues • Codify deployment patterns into tools, playbooks, reference architectures, and reusable building blocks • Translate deployment challenges into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, customer engineering teams, and business leaders • Identify patterns across deployments and build systems that enable faster, more reliable deployment across restaurant fleets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent software engineering skills • Comfort working across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and customer tech stacks • Use of AI coding tools to move fast and multiply output • Deep commitment to customers’ technical success • Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and stay effective in ambiguity • Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Calm under pressure and relentlessly reliable • Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI systems • Previous early-stage startup or founder-led environment experience • Previous experience embedded within a large enterprise customer’s product deployment
