📋 Description

• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline focused on international enterprise customers • Drive the full account lifecycle from first deal through expansion • Shape sales strategy directly with the founders and product team • Conduct product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers • Use CRM and sales tools to structure and analyze sales activities • Drive international new business growth • Develop existing customer relationships • Identify and convince potential customers • Develop strategic sales approaches • Build long-term customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the AI or software sector • Proven success in closing with a hunter mentality • Familiarity with strategic sales methods such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Challenger Sales • Ability to explain complex solutions simply and convince decision-makers • Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches is a big plus • Native English speaker or excellent English speaker able to pitch and negotiate confidently in English • Living in Europe with work permission for Germany, or openness to relocate to Germany
